Goals

1. 1.The Unscripted Project will expand its free, in-school improv education Core Program to more classes per semester, reaching an additional 300 public school students annually with SEL-focused arts education, while growing its afterschool House Team from 15 to 40 students per semester.
2. 2.The Unscripted Project will strengthen organizational capacity by expanding the Operations Manager role, hiring a Director of Operations & Strategy in Year 2, and transitioning that role into a full-time Executive Director by 2029 — moving from a founder-led volunteer model to a professionally staffed, sustainable organization.
