Vision

Relational Life Foundation provides the knowledge and skills necessary for living truly connected lives and fostering thriving relationships. The importance of connection is highly emphasized, but precious little guidance on how to actually achieve it. Through Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a therapeutic modality created by Terry Real that challenges patriarchy and all forms of discrimination, we share wisdom and practical tools for building and nurturing meaningful connections. Our goal is to transcend the unprecedented levels of toxic individualism in our society.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is focused on making the Relational Life Therapy methodology accessible to new audiences and achieving a deeper understanding of the processes that make RLT so powerful.
2. 2.In order to train skillful practitioners & to provide the best treatment to recipients, it is important to understand what works best about RLT, for whom, and under what circumstances. We collect data from practitioners and recipients through interviews, questionnaires, and case studies. We follow the recommended practices for research as published in American Psychological Association journals.
