    Mission

    The purpose of the Corporation shall be to receive and allocate contributions to any Roman Catholic organization (1) organized and operated exclusively for religious purposes within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) (the Tax Code); and (2) committed to the collection, organization, study, preservation, and enhancement of historically significant artifacts or documents regarding the Catholic Church, including aspects of universal governance, diplomacy, and the writings related thereto, and other religious purposes approved by the Board of Directors.
