Vision

A world where no child dies or suffers needlessly from hydrocephalus or spina bifida - regardless of where they are born - and every family has access to the care, support, and opportunity they deserve.

Goals

1. 1.Scale NeuroKids’ hybrid training (on-site + remote mentoring) to grow skilled teams; strengthen centers of excellence in underserved areas; use tech-enabled learning (remote training, simulation, mentorship) to cut geography/cost barriers; expand partnerships and support to reach more children with life-saving care and follow-up.
2. 2.Continuously learn from clinic data, partner feedback, and family follow-up to identify shifting gaps in care. Design and pilot new program models to address them (earlier diagnosis/referral, continuity, complications, rehab/support). Scale what works through local capacity-building for sustainable, in-country delivery. Align new programs to strengthen access and quality.
3. 3.Build organizational capacity to sustain and scale impact: diversify and grow revenue, improve budgeting/forecasting, and build reserves; strengthen leadership, governance, planning, KPIs, and accountability; deepen clinical/program expertise plus data, learning, and training systems; and upgrade operations (partnerships, logistics, compliance, risk, communications) for consistent delivery.
