Justice Defense Fund

Mission

The Justice Defense Fund is a non-partisan, non-religious 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of sex trafficking, child sexual abuse material (previously known as “child pornography”) and criminal image-based sexual abuse to pursue justice through strategic litigation and advocacy support. We also advocate for the adoption of laws and policies that prevent sexual abuse and provide recourse to victims.

2.JDF will continue to support civil litigation where needed and help survivors access the costly and historically unequal legal system by supporting their pursuit of justice holistically. Our team of licensed experts in survivor care will provide more access to support and advocacy services.
