TO SERVE WOMEN FROM THE CHESTER COUNTY AND COATESVILLE, PA AREAS WHO ARE SURVIVORS OF TRAFFICKING, PROSTITUTION AND ADDICTION THAT DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE. IT IS A COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES 12 TO 24 MONTH RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM AT NO COST TO TRANSFORM WOMEN WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM TRAFFICKING AND ADDICTION.
