1. 1.Expand Ethaar’s capacity by investing in financial, management, and technical resources to increase efficiency and sustainability. Scale successful programs and launch new initiatives based on community needs to broaden impact. Strengthen community and donor engagement to enhance support and secure long-term partnerships, ensuring the success of resettled families in Georgia.
2. 2.Expand and enhance access to existing programs and services, ensuring more resettled families in Georgia benefit from Ethaar’s support. By scaling up successful initiatives, improving service delivery, and reaching underserved areas, we aim to increase program reach and impact, helping families integrate and thrive more effectively.
3. 3.To maximize impact, focus on core programs that align closely with Ethaar's mission. Scale back or phase out programs that do not directly contribute to our core objectives. This will allow us to allocate resources effectively and ensure that our primary services are delivered with high quality and reach, supporting resettled families more efficiently.
