A more diverse and inclusive wine and hospitality industry where professionals can earn a living wage and advance their careers without barriers.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our relationships with educational institutions to be able to provide scholarships to a wider population of students throughout the country.
2. 2.Increase our fundraising to allow us to spend more on non-scholarship expenses, such as marketing and awareness.
3. 3.Build the organizational capacity to offer mentorship, guidance, and networking for our scholarship recipients to help ensure their success during and after the educational programs we fund.
