One Earth invests in our team’s leadership development regularly. This includes but is not limited to retreats led and attended by experts, attending industry conferences in our space, and participating in panels with world leaders in climate.

One Earth shares our progress through storytelling, social media, and through engagement with national and international groups that recognize our efforts and efficacy. In 2020, One Earth produced compelling media assets distributed on @oneearth and partner channels with over 35 million social media and 350 million earned media impressions. This year we’ve aligned our digital content program to help tell the stories of key projects, inspiring leaders and communities making the work happen, and the places where the projects are located by focusing on key species and overviews on the various ecoregions around the world. This is all with the aim of inspiring people to actively engage in creating the future that is possible. Our website traffic is up 1800% in the last year and we are getting over 3M visitors a month. In June 2021, One Earth’s work on the ‘Global Safety Net’ effort was acknowledged by Fast Company as a World Changing Idea – honorable mention in the AI & Data category.

One Earth resorted to remote work for all team members, and remained flexible to meet goals and stay focused on mission.
