Vision

Our vision is a future where veterans are leaders in sustainable agriculture, driving positive change in their communities and contributing to a resilient food system. We envision a network of veteran-led farms across the country, promoting environmental stewardship, local food security, and economic opportunity for all. Through this transformative approach, Joint 4ces seeks to create lasting impact—empowering veterans, enriching communities, and advancing sustainable practices that nurture both people and the planet.

Goals

1. 1.Our number one goal is a reduction in Veteran Suicide rates. We are addressing the upstream risk factors of Veteran Suicide through agricultural and entrepreneurial training, mental health support and ongoing relationships and community support.
2. 2.Provide a fully supported transition track for those leaving military service and ensuring their success in post-service agriculture and agriculture-related businesses.
3. 3.Provide ongoing Executive Coaching to program participants enabling them to have the skills and network for success in the civiian world for the long term.
