1. 1.Expand and scale Project Transformation to increase access for inner-city youth across additional schools and communities. By growing enrollment capacity, strengthening school partnerships, and enhancing program delivery, Neway Works will serve more youth with mentorship, academic support, workforce exposure, and college readiness services.
2. 2.Strengthen mission impact by prioritizing and investing in core programs that directly advance mentorship, academic support, workforce development, sports assistance, and scholarship access. Neway Works will evaluate program effectiveness, streamline operations, and scale back non-core initiatives to ensure resources are focused on measurable student outcomes and long-term impact.
3. 3.Invest in organizational capacity to ensure sustainable growth and long-term impact. Neway Works will strengthen financial systems, leadership development, data tracking, technology infrastructure, and board governance to support program expansion, improve accountability, and enhance operational excellence.
