Vision

We envision a world where academics take care of their minds like elite athletes take care of their bodies: proactively and preventatively to perform at their highest level.

Goals

1. 1.We aim to 10x our Dragonfly Ambassador program, allowing us to scale and deliver 1000s of programs a year, tailoring each program to the specific discipline, country, culture and language at hand.
2. 2.We will build an efficient full-time team dedicated to supporting and scaling our programs, maximizing our volunteer engagement for culture change, improve grant writing and outreach, and further optimize and increase access to our Comprehensive Framework.
3. 3.We will develop a digitally supported online community engagement strategy to increase open access to our effective and evidence based programs, engage and train community champions, enable collaborative peer-support, and educate institutional leaders on best practices for supporting their academic communities.
