Vision

To meet these goals, we: * Organize weekly privately subsidized trash clean-ups throughout the city, stipend program, frequent corporate community service days, and graffiti abatement. * Voter education activities. * Offer a concierge menu of services to quickly solve problems for individuals and the community at large.

Goals

1. 1.Trash/Cleanups: Volunteer-led; continue to catalyze civil engagement through the boots-on-the-ground involvement of neighbors picking trash in public spaces
2. 2.Outreach: Involve contracted staff with lived experience of homelessness. Offer recovery-forward resources & navigation, daily work opportunities, diversion program support, & trauma-informed care.
3. 3.Governance: Determine desired Growth Factors; Financial Factors; Sound Governance as per Washington State Nonprofits guidance; donor/constituent communications
