BGH Foundation has policies in place that allow our leadership to take training or certifications under $500 a year for leadership development. We have not invested more into this cause due to financial limitations and wanting to direct the majority of our resources towards achieving our mission.

BGH has partnered with many other nonprofit organizations in order to use our collective power to help increase diversity in cybersecurity. We have participated in closed door meetings with state and federal policy makers to advocate for changes in the industry and work in our collective networks to not only make an impact but to raise awareness to disparities in the industry. Our Founder and members of our board have spoken at conferences and published research, blogs and papers to help expand thought leadership.
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
BGH has grown as a non-profit organization and has expanded leadership roles. We have an Executive Leadership team that is structured by department who focus on maintaining a smooth operational workflow for the organization. Our leadership adapted to external changes in the business workforce by modeling our operations based on current progressive modern non-profit business models
