Mission

NourishPHX (fka ICM Food and Clothing Bank) is the trusted community hub serving vulnerable individuals and families by offering resources to satisfy immediate needs and provide pathways to self-sufficiency. Our clients consist of low-income, working poor families who require supplemental food and clothing as well as community resources and referrals in order to redirect their scarce income to other critical needs such as housing and transportation.

Goals

1.1. Good Governance Practices and Board Recruiting (Governance) – As a means for capacity building, we will create a board matrix, evaluate leadership and look at succession planning.
2.2. Strategic Planning – Explore current trends, review successful food pantries and launch a strategic planning process to determine our capabilities for improvements.
3.3. Implement a "choice" model for food distribution for our clients where families may pick and choose their produce or meats from what is available.
