We were unable to run some of our programs as we had done previously including the VITA (tax preparation) program and FFN (childcare training). The VITA (tax preparation) program was not able to serve as many people as a result.

We transitioned the VITA program to a digital/online version and began using virtual methods to provide training to childcare providers.
