Mission

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley empowers young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible members of the community. The organization's vision is to be the premier out-of-school-time provider and a leading voice for youth development in Arizona, ensuring youth and teens have the skills and resilience to successfully navigate childhood and prepare for adulthood. BGCAZ provides after-school and summer programs in some of the Valley's most deserving neighborhoods. Our programs focus on four key areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character & Leadership, and Career Pathways & Workforce Readiness. Great Futures Starts Here.

2.Create value propositions for each outcome area, develop a menu of opportunities for donor investment in each outcome and targeted program area.
3.Create revenue opportunities for new areas of Club programming not yet realized, according to funder interests and program intent.
