Hope Community Services budgets for professional development for all staff to meet their specific goals.

Hope Community Services does several marketing campaigns throughout the year targeting our local community about the need and importance of our services. This includes social media, professional groups, table events, donor recognition materials, etc.

While some of the HCS staff were able to work remotely during the beginning of the pandemic, many were considered essential workers and did not have that option. Luckily our staff have great passion for what they do and they have been key to the success of the agency since the start of the pandemic. HCS clients count on our staff and our staff stepped up to make all necessary adjustments to do their job safely. Leadership worked around the clock to make sure that they agency was following all necessary guidelines and protocols. The direct care workers risked their own health to ensure that children and families were getting the services they needed and deserved. The the staff working from home adapted to be able to efficiently get the job done. Hope Community Services serves some of Arizona's most vulnerable children. Halting these services was not an option for us.
