We believe that every companion parrot deserves the opportunity to thrive. Through rehabilitative fostering, a thorough adoption process & education, we strive to improve the lives of parrots now and for generations to come.

Goals

1. 1.Increased organizational capacity through an expanded volunteer program, expanded foster capacity & expanded marketing outreach in order to continue to grow STAR's programming and reach
2. 2.A focus on Rehabilitative Care: grow the quality of care provided through expanded medical program, continued improvement of the quality/level of care provided and continued and growth of min reqs
3. 3.Continued improvement of our financial health & stability through expansion, diversity, retaining and review.
