1. 1.Provide an environment whereby Spirit NYS enrollees can succeed in graduating. Provide stipends, mentoring, supplies, advocacy, and support. Demonstrate the efficacy of Spirit NYS programs
2. 2.Expand development activities and recurring resource availability. Initiate activities to expand community awareness and launch fundraising activities to ensure ongoing financial viability
3. 3.Expand programs to additional students and schools. Expand the program to include information about academic and vocational opportunities during high school and after graduation.
