Evergreen’s mission is to lead an all-of-government mobilization to defeat the climate crisis and build a just and thriving clean energy economy by raising standards, catalyzing investment, and centering justice at the heart of economic transformation. We collaborate with climate and community leaders and advocate for policymakers to adopt the urgent climate and economic policies that science demands. With historic climate and clean energy investments now passed into law, it’s a thrilling time to work for an organization at the cutting edge of climate policy. Evergreen has quickly become one of the most influential climate organizations in the country. We played a major role in passing historic climate investments and the work is far from over. We are dedicated to tackling the most pressing crisis of our time through our standards, investments, and justice agenda.
