    30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
As we began to come out of the Covid-19 pandemic, our leadership had to adapt to reintroducing our volunteers to new projects where were now encouraging our volunteers to meet in person and assist in our projects. We first met all of our volunteers on zoom and explained the project, its goals, and why we thought it would be a good idea to do it in person, and then we sent several emails reminding everyone of the project date and explaining the safety measures put in place and the current COVID-19 level in our community. At the day of the event, we made sure everyone felt comfortable with the safety measures and the event went well. Once the first event went well, our gatherings grew larger each time and the safety measures were slowly relaxed.
