    We recognize the need for internal and external evolution and are committed to fostering a culture of adaptability. In response to an evolving landscape, of volunteer turnover and changing outside personal and professional commitments, we implemented strategic changes to our internal management system. These adjustments were focused on enhancing collaboration and empowering our talented team to thrive in a dynamic environment. By embracing these changes we were able to reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and position our organization for sustained success in a rapidly changing environment.
