Mission

OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE IN FANNIN COUNTY WHERE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES ARE COMFORTABLE ASKING FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HELP AND CAN EASILY FIND THE RESOURCES THAT THEY NEED.

Vision

Our vision is a healthier, more resilient community, where mental health services are coordinated and accessible to all. With values rooted in collaboration and community, we work through a broad-based coalition and special teams to enhance the effectiveness of local behavioral health services.

Goals

1.Expand programs: Assess what’s working and potentially scale successful programs or pilot new ones based on community needs. • Strengthen leadership: Continue developing the board and staff, ensuring there is a leadership pipeline. • Long-term strategic partnerships: Solidify relationships with community partners, government entities, and funders.
2.Enhance programs: Pilot innovative programs that address new or emerging community needs. Integrate technology to improve service delivery and accessibility. Grow signature fundraising events to establish consistent annual revenue. • Build infrastructure: Upgrade internal systems (e.g., technology, data management) to support operational growth.
3.Lead advocacy efforts: Increase involvement in local and state policy advocacy around behavioral health. Strengthen Community Well TX’s role as a thought leader in the region. • Expand leadership role: Solidify Community Well TX’s presence as a leader in behavioral health advocacy, collaborating on larger regional and state initiatives.
