    Adaptability Practices
    30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
We have been able to deploy 5 artificial reef sites with over 300 individual reef units and outplanted 35,000 corals to create one-of-a-kind restoration project sites that provide a service to coastal communities. With only 3 board members, 0 paid staff, 4 years, $190,000, and a lot of in-kind support from various partners we were able to achieve what would have cost over 30 million dollars through strategic partnerships and leveraging resources efficiently. This is a testament to our ability to make use of limited resources and scale impactful work while under high pressure, hard logistical planning, and difficult permitting conditions.
