The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Peer Voices United will expand by strengthening partnerships, securing funding, and enhancing peer and community health worker training. We will increase access by integrating peer support into healthcare, advocating for policy change, and growing our network. Through collaboration, certification, and outreach, we will ensure equitable, community-driven behavioral health support.
Goal Two: Peer Voices United will leverage PATH Marketplace and partnerships in technology, management, and finance to strengthen organizational capacity. By investing in technical infrastructure, expert consulting, and sustainable funding strategies, we will enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact. These efforts will ensure long-term growth, improved service delivery, and stronger financial oversight.
Goal Three: PVU will develop new programs by staying responsive to community needs through direct engagement and field-based operations. By tracking trends, gathering feedback, and leveraging lived experience, we will design initiatives that address emerging challenges. Our close connection with constituents ensures programs remain relevant, impactful, and driven by the voices of those we serve.
