Vision

We work toward our mission by committing to the following vision: 1. That people in need have access to the highest quality treatment for substance use disorders and behavioral health conditions. 2. That people experiencing mental illness and other struggles have a permanent home and ongoing support. 3. That people experiencing homelessness, including veterans, can access safe, supportive housing. 4. That our community experiences fewer recurrent jail stays, visits to the emergency room, and preventable deaths. 5. That no one is turned away because of an inability to pay.

Goals

1. 1.FSH will more than double our portfolio of deeply affordable housing by 2027. Our focus in the next three years is developing housing with wraparound support to prevent homelessness for people with chronic behavioral health conditions.
2. 2.FSH will scale wraparound supportive services such as healthcare, employment assistance, and case management for all treatment and housing clients as we expand core programs.
3. 3.We will invest in infrastructure and capacity by implementing the new electronic health record for all departments, installing an upgraded HR information system, and continuing to invest in clinician training and compensation through the Clinical Improvement Plan.
