2.Survivor Focused - All services are created with the survivor's experience in mind, starting from the time they enter a building.
3.Trauma Informed - Recognizing that trauma (seen and unseen) may affect the way survivors act and the needs they have. Recognize, process, and avoid secondary trauma among staff.
