Vision

We envision generations of Kenyan children who grow up cared for, educated, and equipped to thrive and be self-sufficient adults whose success strengthens the elders, enterprises, and communities they live and serve in.

Goals

1. 1.Grow our transition program to guide each graduate from our care to genuine self-sufficiency. Build our mentorship model that pairs each young adult with a professional mentor in their field and combines education, entrepreneurial and business skills training, career coaching, and financial literacy. Build the framework for everything they need to thrive independently.
2. 2.Strengthen our organizational foundation by building financial reserves, improving governance and reporting, and investing in local staff and systems. This ensures long-term stability, transparency, and the operational capacity to deliver our programs reliably and to steward donor funds responsibly across our programs in Kenya.
3. 3.Deepen our community development work in response to needs we've observed alongside the children we serve, supporting elders, small enterprises, and local infrastructure. By investing in the surrounding community, we create a stable, self-reliant environment where children can grow up supported in a community that is also thriving.
