Warrior WOD Foundation

Mission

WarriorWOD prioritizes exercise, nutrition, and mentorship as prescriptions for veterans' recovery from Post-Traumatic Stress and other invisible wounds.

Vision

A nation that understands and prioritizes Veterans’ fitness as a leading prescription of combat's me

Goals

1.An overall reduction of PTSD Symptoms for Veterans in the program including depression, anxiety, and other invisible wounds allowing them to live more meaningful lives.
2.Reducing substance abuse across our veteran population is a strategic goal. As Veteran PTSD symptoms subside, the reliance on antidepressants, alcohol and illegal drugs will decrease.
3.Through focusing on helping Veterans recover from PTSD, continue to have positive impacts on reducing the daily veteran suicide and deaths from substance abuse.
