Vision

Our boots-on-the-ground approach to solving a human crisis is designed to enable us to build programs and bridges for people to take forward steps. GROW is positioned to identify the significant gaps and roadblocks and we envision working to eliminate the obstacles.

Goals

1. 1.Our current economic environment is rapidly increasing the demand for our meal services, hydration, and hygiene services, thus forcing us to explore new synergistic partnerships that will allow us to grow our supply smoothly, financially and procedurally.
2. 2.In our 3 years of operations we have identified several gaps which challenge formerly unhoused people as they strive to achieve sobriety, housing, and employment. GROW is developing a strategic plan to build and fund a sober residential property that includes wrap-around services, workforce development, life skills coaching and more.
3. 3.Align with organizations similar to GROW throughout the city and county to increase our interactions with people who would like our assistance.
