Mission

At Oasis Sanctuaries, we care for those who care for others, by supporting individuals and families whose lives are shaped by sustained service and responsibility. We offer a combination of therapeutic care, rest, and intentional restoration, with a particular focus on burnout, trauma, and the long-term impact of caregiver fatigue.

Vision

We provide a safe, neutral space where leaders and families can set aside performance and receive care at the most foundational levels. Through licensed counselling, trauma-informed coaching, spiritual direction, and restorative hospitality, we dismantle shame, renew hope, and equip guests with tangible next steps. We prioritise depth over quantity, tailoring every retreat to the unique story of each family. We mainly focus on trauma, burnout or major transitions, while also offering routine debriefing. Retreat itineraries are a collaborative effort with our Children’s Programming Director, to care for the unique needs of any children that may be joining for the retreat !
