THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGES YOUTH MENTORSHIP AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF POST HIGH SCHOOL SKILLS THROUGH THE OPERATION AND SUPPORT OF PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON ENRICHING THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE ON NANTUCKET AND BY PROVIDING A SAFE, NURTURING ENVIRONMENT AT THE ORGNAIZATION'S OWN FACILITY, A RESIDENTIAL HOME CONVERTED FOR PROGRAM USE.
