1. 1.1) Scale our work to serve 100 seniors per year, with a volunteer:client ratio of 2:1
2. 2.2) Expand strategic partnerships by collaborating with four additional senior agencies in SF Bay Area, specifically South Bay and East Bay revions
3. 3.3) Offer additional trainings, online and in-person, to enhance the skills of volunteers who work with seniors. 4 trainings per year.
