Goal One: Expand the reach and depth of Hagar’s Heart’s core programs to serve more survivors across North Texas with meaningful self-care initiatives. Strengthen follow-up and retention of shelters and partner organizations. Expand service delivery model within existing program offerings (e.g., mobile pop-up, speaker opportunities), which increase accessibility to HH’s mission.
Goal Two: Secure sustainable funding to for organizational growth, infrastructure development, and long-term program delivery. Strengthen board leadership, strategic alignment, and governance practices to guide mission with vision, accountability, and sustainability. Maintain prospectus; ensure accurate and consistent donor engagement. Create donor prospect list to develop increase in giving and engagement.
Goal Three: Elevate brand visibility, strengthen community awareness, and drive engagement across all platforms to support program participation, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising success. Increase social media reach and engagement through a consistent content calendar, monthly storytelling, and volunteer features. Publish survivor- or volunteer-focused stories regularly to highlight impact.
