ICAN’s mission is to break down barriers to entry to capital markets and push back against the overreach of the Securities and Exchange Commission. While defending the rights of entrepreneurs and investors who find themselves targeted by the SEC, ICAN is building a precedent-based legal bulwark against SEC overreach.
