    Adaptability Practices
    30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
As the 40th school in the Cristo Rey Network, CRJS completed a successful and comprehensive feasibility study, connected with over 200 community members, and surveyed local students to ascertain the viability and need for a new high school pathway. This meant hundreds of hours of work from a small, dedicated team with no guarantee of success. At the end of the study, CRJS had over 30 letters of intent for the corporate work study program, over $3 million in philanthropic pledges, and a location in the most diverse zip code in King county.
