Our vision is to build a thriving tech ecosystem across Africa, where homegrown talent drives innovation and economic growth. We envision Africa as a global hub for technological excellence, where young leaders, equipped with world-class skills, create solutions that address local challenges and impact the world.

Goals

1. 1.Scale our Tech Training Programs Across Africa By 2025: Train 1,000+ software engineers and tech entrepreneurs from 30 African countries, increasing access through strengthened partnerships with local universities and expanded remote education. By 2030: Train 24,000+ software engineers and tech entrepreneurs across Africa, establishing A2SV as the continent’s leading tech academy.
2. 2.Expand Digital Project Incubation By 2025: Incubate 20+ socially impactful projects, supporting teams with funding, mentorship, and access to global tech expertise. By 2030: Develop 100+ projects that address Africa’s key socio-economic challenges, with at least 25 of them scaling across multiple countries.
3. 3.A2SV will focus on expanding access to hackathon-like events, helping young innovators across Africa apply their skills in real-world scenarios and connect with global opportunities. By 2025: Host the continent-wide largest hackathon and engage at least 10,000 participants across 50 African countries. By 2030: Reach 100,000+ participants, becoming the largest tech event organizer in Africa.
