Goal One: Advancement Project’s Power and Democracy Program supports grassroots movements that not only protect our right to vote, but ensures that voting is free, fair, accessible, and inclusive.

Goal Two: Advancement Project's Justice Project supports grassroots movements in communities of color that challenge systems of policing, incarceration, and criminalization.

Goal Three: The Opportunity to Learn program supports grassroots movements that examine, expose and reform practices that lead to the criminalization of students & challenge the privatization of public education.

We prioritize leadership development by maintaining open spaces for each team member to explore professional development opportunities of interest that will stretch and grow their skills to ensure our team members are continuously evolving with and in the world. We provide an annual budget for each staff member to identify professional development opportunities of their choosing and additional money for professional development identified by organizational leadership.

As we all continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, we've adapted new ways to collaborate and come together in our collective efforts to exceed organizational goals and enhance team building company wide.
