Big Bad Project

Mission

The Big Bad Project promotes coexistence between humans and wildlife by advancing education, community engagement, and non-lethal conflict mitigation strategies. Through science-based programming and public outreach, we work to reshape public perception of predators, beginning with the gray wolf, and build sustainable, inclusive approaches to wildlife conservation.

Vision

We envision a future where wolves and other misunderstood predators are recognized for their ecological value, where communities are equipped with the tools to coexist with wildlife, and where conservation is driven by both evidence and empathy.

Goals

1.Refocus on our highest-impact programs by phasing out offerings that are no longer sustainable, allowing us to concentrate resources on work that most directly supports our mission and long-term goals.
