Vision

A world where every person affected by diabetes—regardless of age, income, or geography—has the knowledge, resources, and support to thrive. We envision a future where early intervention is standard, no one goes without life-saving care, and communities are empowered to take control of their health through education, connection, and compassion.

Goals

1. 1.We aim to expand access to critical diabetes programs like EMAP, DD1, and youth camps—especially in underserved and rural communities. Scaling these services ensures more individuals receive life-saving support, education, and tools to manage diabetes with confidence.
2. 2.We develop new programs in response to emerging needs—like our Diabetes Day-1 initiative, created to support families within 72 hours of diagnosis. These efforts ensure timely, relevant care and reflect our commitment to evolving with the communities we serve.
3. 3.We prioritize building internal capacity to sustain and grow our impact—through staff development, enhanced data systems like ViewsEMR, and strategic funding efforts. These investments strengthen our infrastructure and ensure long-term support for those affected by diabetes.
