The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Maman will expand and scale its existing programs by increasing geographic reach, strengthening partnerships, and standardizing program delivery to serve more individuals and families in crisis. This includes growing access to mental health support, emergency aid, and community-based initiatives while maintaining program quality and impact.
Goal Two: Maman will launch new programs in partnership with organizations in Israel and the U.S. to meet clearly identified community needs, including expanded mental health support for victims of terror and trauma. Programs will be informed by direct feedback from affected individuals, families, and trusted on-the-ground partner organizations.
Goal Three: Maman will advance its advocacy work by combating antisemitism, promoting unity, and strengthening Jewish values through education, community engagement, and public-facing initiatives. By elevating lived experiences and fostering cross-community dialogue, the organization will encourage understanding, solidarity, and meaningful action.
