Success will be measured by a 20–30% increase in beneficiaries and service reach, using current resources and partnerships, to be achieved within 12–24 months, aligning with its mission to broaden impact.
2. 2.Camino al Éxito will focus on strengthening core programs that directly support its mission while scaling back or discontinuing non-core initiatives. Success will be measured by improved program outcomes and resource efficiency, reallocating efforts and funding to priority areas within 12–18 months to maximize impact and sustainability.
3. 3.Camino al Éxito will invest in strengthening its organizational capacity across financial, management, and technical areas to support sustainable growth. Success will be measured by improved systems, staff capabilities, and resource management, achieved through targeted training, tools, and processes within 12–24 months to enhance overall effectiveness and impact.
