The profession of policing has an amazing opportunity to leverage the same ideas as the world’s most forward thinking organizations. Military, healthcare, corporations and entrepreneurial ventures are all experimenting with and embracing new ideas about leadership and culture to meet today’s challenges. The Curve exists to bring the best ideas from outside the profession in order to help advance the profession for the modern times.
