Mission

To aid families and children in impoverished neighborhoods to effect and nurture their lifelong success. This includes nutritional meals, educational support and recreational activities that contribute to the holistic development of children of the community. Greenhouses of Love (Viveros de Amor) also supports organizations that have a common goal of improving the lives of members of the community in all areas of personal development and well-being.Families and children living in poverty face so many more stressors, experience hopelessness, lack of confidence and depression. With your support we can change this trend and make a sustainable difference in their lives. Our initial fundraising project is to purchase land in El Paraíso and build a community center. The community center will be the hub for the childrens’ meals, tutoring and extracurricular activities. The area will incorporate space for sports coaching, learning, and community involvement.
