Goals

1. 1.Due to being a smaller organization with a big heart, we need to ensure our core values are upheld using the resources available. We value our organization's solid foundation and ethics and believe that by providing what we say we can provide with professionalism, timeliness and compassion we can continue to sustain our work and be flexible when growth is required.
2. 2.While maintaining our foundation and ethics, we are always listening to the needs of the community and seeing when or how we can grow our programming and connections to successfully reach more people. With a solid foundation and an ability for our board of directors to be flexible keeping the organization mission and vision in the forefront of decision making, we can grow and sustain.
3. 3.As we enter a phase of potential growth, we need to focus on annual donors, compensation for staff and broaden our donor relations. By having people invested financially who believe in our mission, we can continue to hire staff, provide quality trainings/resources and better manage clerical responsibilities needed by the organization.
