Goals

1. 1.At the Minority Wealth Gap Foundation (MWG), we are committed to continuously listening to and learning from the communities we serve. In response to the evolving economic, social, and financial challenges faced by Black and Hispanic families, our goal is to develop new, data-informed programs that directly reflect the shifting needs on the ground.
2. 2.We are expanding access through digital tools, community partnerships, and multilingual resources to remove barriers to support. By strengthening programs like mentorship, domestic violence aid, and economic empowerment, we can help more Black and Hispanic families achieve financial stability
3. 3.We aim to strengthen our financial, technical, and organizational capacity to better serve our communities. By investing in staff development, infrastructure, and technology, MWG can operate more efficiently, expand our reach, and increase our long-term impact in reducing the wealth gap.
