Vision

A world where everyone respects, understands, & appreciates, the ocean, as well as its ecosystems, for all of their contributions to our world.

Goals

1. 1.We wish to provide accessible information to all those interested in marine science, & provide access to resources for all. We wish to foster as many peoples interests in marine science as possible, & achieve this through the use of science communication.
2. 2.We want to provide free access to education as it relates to the ocean, & ocean literacy, & wish to reduce cost barriers when possible. This is what inspired us to begin our micro-course program, in which we create free, short, informative online courses, dedicated to providing people with information about various issues plaguing our oceans, such as Ocean Acidification, & Overfishing.
3. 3.We noticed that there were very few events dedicated to ocean education, & wanted to change this. As such, we endeavoured to change this, & began our Ocean Literacy Day marine education events, which aim to provide captivating information about the ocean, & its marine creatures, to families & children of all ages.
