Being Beautiful Foundation
Mission
At Being Beautiful Foundation, our mission is to create safe, nurturing, and empowering homes where youth in foster care can heal, grow, and discover their inner strength. We are dedicated to providing compassionate residential care, therapeutic support, and life-building opportunities that honor the dignity, potential, and unique beauty of every young person we serve. We believe true beauty begins within—through character, integrity, resilience, and hope. Our mission is to guide youth toward wholeness by fostering emotional well-being, supporting educational success, strengthening life skills, and surrounding them with a community that believes in their future. Through unconditional support, intentional guidance, and a family-centered approach, Being Beautiful Foundation empowers youth to overcome challenges, build confidence, and embrace the fullness of who they were created to be.
Vision
Our vision is a nation where every child, regardless of circumstance, has access to safe homes, compassionate care, and the opportunity to thrive. We strive to expand our reach across counties and communities to ensure no child is left without hope, stability, and support.
Goals
- 1.Expand Access to Quality Residential Care: Increase the number of licensed group homes and available placements across multiple counties to serve more youth in foster care who need safe and stable housing. This includes pursuing new property opportunities, strengthening county partnerships, and ensuring all homes meet or exceed regulatory and quality standards.
- 2.Strengthen Program Quality and Youth Outcomes: Enhance trauma-informed programming, educational support, behavioral health coordination, and life-skills training to improve permanency outcomes, school success, emotional well-being, and readiness for independent living. This includes staff training, outcome tracking, and continuous quality improvement.
- 3.Build Organizational Sustainability and Community Support: Diversify funding through grants, private donations, and community partnerships while strengthening governance, policies, and financial transparency.
