Goal One: Increase the number of family members and employees (through counseling and Employee Assistance Programs) Wellspring serves.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: Increase the speed and ease with which families and employees in crisis receive assistance. Develop systems that increase accessibility to our services.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: Reduce the cost of service by increasing our focus on prevention. The expense of keeping families housed - preventing eviction - is one third the cost of temporary emergency shelter housing.
